These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of qizuiclothing.com (the "Site"), operated by QiZui ("QiZui," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

WHO WE ARE
QiZui is a print-on-demand apparel brand. Products are printed and shipped through third-party production partners as orders come in.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

PRODUCTS AND AI-GENERATED IMAGERY
All products are made to order. Product photography on this Site features AI-generated personas, not real human models. These images are disclosed as AI-generated and do not depict any real, identifiable individual. Colors, fit, and print placement shown in photos are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the finished product due to production and display differences.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of a product.

ORDERS AND PRODUCTION
Because items are made to order, please review our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery timelines, and our Refund Policy for cancellation, damage, and defect procedures.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, hanzi mark artwork, persona imagery, and site content are the property of QiZui or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QiZui is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
