All QiZui items are made to order. Please read the timelines below before placing your order.

PRODUCTION TIME
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 3-7 business days to produce before it ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING TIME
After production, standard shipping typically takes:
- 5-10 business days within Canada and the United States
- 10-20 business days for international orders

Total delivery time (production + shipping) is generally 1-4 weeks depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volume.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@qizuiclothing.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
